1. Order Processing Time

• All Items available in stock: Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer shipping across India currently. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, local holidays, or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer COD for domestic orders.
• A nominal handling fee of __ may apply to all COD orders to cover additional processing costs.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
